Terms of service

The agreement between you and Northmirror OÜ. We have kept it short enough to actually read.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or sending traffic to uk-mirror-01.bestaislop.com you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

We provide the service described in the documentation in force at the time of your order. Features may be added; features may be deprecated with at least 90 days' written notice, except where a change is required for security or by law.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you transfer, for keeping credentials secret, and for the acts of anyone using your account. You must hold the rights to whatever you distribute through the platform.

4. Fees

Usage is metered per the pricing page and invoiced monthly in arrears. Invoices are due within 14 days. Sustained overage above a committed tier is billed at the on-demand rate for that tier.

5. Service levels

Availability commitments and the associated credits are set out in the SLA. Credits are the sole remedy for missed availability targets.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account that threatens platform stability, that is materially in breach of the acceptable use policy, or that is more than 30 days overdue. Where practical we give notice first.

7. Liability

Neither party excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise each party's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Term and termination

Month-to-month unless a committed term is signed. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days. On termination you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northmirror OÜ is registered, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
